My Background

I have been teaching for over 16 years and still think it is the best job in the world.   I make my classes fun, creative and communicative no matter how old the student. The best way to learn is to enjoy it!  As a practitioner of post-method pedagogy, I adapt my teaching practice to the needs of the learners, keeping them engaged and helping them achieve their best.

I started as a teacher of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) to adults in the UK for 7 years before coming to Hong Kong where I have taught in the local school system as a NET as well as in tutorial centres.
